The Philippine National Railways (PNR) has announced that proper conduct should be imposed on and off trains as follows:
1) Give priority to PWDs, elderly, pregnant women, and those with babies inside trains.
2) Avoid pushing each other to avoid congestion in and out of trains.
3) Line up properly. Wait for the passengers to exit first before entering the train to avoid collision.
