IN THE NEWS: The licensing center of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) is now open and ready to serve the public. The center can also help those who need an additional restriction code for their driver’s license, have their classification changed from non-professional to professional, and vice versa.
